Shrimp ( Boiled shrimp ) about 1-2 lbs per person (de-headed, but leave shell on)
Seasoning ( Boiled shrimp ) salt & pepper or Lemon Pepper or crab season or Old Bay

Boil water in a large pot, season if desired with salt, lemon pepper or crab season.

Add shrimp and cook until shrimp turns pink and begins to float. This does not take long,
usually less than 1 minute. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
* A foolproof method is to boil the water, turn off the heat, then add the shrimp.

Drain water and you've got the best tasting boiled shrimp around.

Great method for smaller groups or couples. Add some cocktail sauce to the plates, an extra bowl for the shrimp shells, lots of paper towels and everyone can shell their shrimp as they eat

The biggest secret in cooking shrimp - do not overcook.
